How ordering, delivery, pickup and refunds work at Mandi Al Diwan.
Placing an order
Orders can be placed on this website during opening hours (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM). After you place an order we may call or WhatsApp you on the number you provide to confirm it.
Takeaway & delivery
Home delivery is temporarily closed. For now, online orders are for takeaway only: place your order on the website and collect it from the restaurant.
Mandi and BBQ are cooked fresh, so large orders and platters may take a little longer. We will let you know when your order is ready or if there is a delay.
When delivery reopens, delivery charges and areas will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment
Pay in cash at the counter when you collect your order.
Changes & cancellations
To change or cancel an order, call or WhatsApp us on 0307 9285736 as soon as possible. Once an order is being prepared we may not be able to cancel it.
Problems with your order
If something is missing or not right with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery on 0307 9285736. We will replace the item or offer a fair solution. Because food is perishable, we cannot accept returns.
